I teach yoga and mindfulness to adults and children, holistic wellness, and I do counseling sessions based on a person’s astrology natal chart. I’m also a writer; I write essays for Elephant Journal and Yoga International and you can view my blog at NicoleAthena.com.

I have two fur babies.

I have been teaching and counseling for over a decade. I enjoy connecting with and supporting people to create more balance in their lives.

I lived in White Plains for over a decade.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Parenthood – the TV show.

Q: What advice would you give to people?
I’d say to try your best to be non-judgmental of others and yourself; acceptance is key to a happy life.

Walking in the residential part of White Plains or going to the Farmer’s Market.

Living by the ocean

I have a brother I’ve never met.

Costa Rica
