I have lived and practiced law in White Plains for the past sixty years.
Throughout the years, I have enjoyed being part of the White Plains Community. Whether practicing law or volunteering with many worthy community organizations, I am proud of the contributions I and my law firm have made, and grateful for the many wonderful people I’ve met in this city.
I moved here from New York City when I graduated from law school. For most of my time practicing law I was a partner and then Senior Counsel to the firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP (MGS). I have been responsible for the Litigation Department at MGS where I currently mentor our litigation team.
I am a member and past President of the White Plains Rotary Club. I am also a board member and past chairman of the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester. Perhaps my most enjoyable activity has been my membership on the Executive Committee of the Glenn D. Loucks Memorial Track and Field Games where I have served for the past 40 years. The games are an annual track meet now its 56th year held at White Plains High School with up to 3,000 student athletes. I have been organizing the annual 5K run, which was named in my honor several years ago.
I live with my wife Micaela and our dog Gracie. My two adult children, Danny and Debbie, live nearby. I am a Sushi lover, so my favorite restaurant is Haiku. I also enjoy food at the Candlelight Inn in Hartsdale.
I have traveled to more than 100 countries, but have yet to visit Antarctica, which is on my bucket list. I watch a great deal of sports on TV and I like the old Law and Order shows. I am 85 years old but do not plan to retire for at least a few more years.
I love White Plains and will always consider it my home.
