I have lived in Westchester for more than 35 years. I spent most of that time in the River-towns, mostly in the village of Irvington. I moved to White Plains after my husband passed away and I started looking for a bustling town with lots of engaging activity, while still retaining a community feel. White Plains was the perfect answer for me! I have been pretty much in the midst of the bustle on Martine Avenue while still being able to enjoy the beauty of the suburbs.
